4 Highlight the folder you want to export Choosing the root folder as shown will export them all Click "Next" to continue |
5 Check "Export to File or Address" Click "Browse" |
6 Navigate to location you want to save file to Click "Save" You'll be returned to previous screen Click "Next" to continue |
7 Click "Finish" When the confirmation box appears, click OK You now have a bookmark.html file. |
4 Check "Import from a File or Address" Click "Browse" |
5 Navigate to file to import and highlight it Click "Save" You'll be returned to previous screen Click "Next" to continue |
6 Highlight the IE folder you want imports to go in Click "Next" |
7 Click "Finish" When the confirmation box appears, click OK |
TIP: Before beginning the Import process, it's a good idea to create a new folder in your IE Favorites and name it accordingly. This way you can import bookmark files from various sources and they won't get all jumbled up. For example, you could have folders for "My Imports from MSN", "Sue's Favs", "Favs from Junior's pc", and so on.
